I don't know what I am evolving into from whence I came. I wrote it all down in my book. best way to explain your motives for your life choices is to write it down, vision is 20/20 in hindesight.

Yeah, I think that either my head phones are not stereo or those things do not efect me, at least I have never had what I would can an experience, I do have alot of trouble getting into the meditative state, I am fidgety and get muscle spasms and jerks without warning and this will bring me right out of anything I might be going into, I have only had two experiences and both of them happened during guided drumming meditations in a group setting, I would love for the digital to work for me though, I need to find stereo headphones to make sure that is not the problem first
Georgiana, thanks so much for the comments on my Poem "Pain". Oddly enough it is not a relationship poem but a poem about the pain I have, physically, after surviving 3 bouts of cancer. I really never thought to let people know this as I never even thought of an emotional or relationship of pain as I'm happily divorced after literally a short bout of abuse. Thank you so much for your kind words. You make me glad that there are people so caring here at Gather!
